Hopefully you are well and safe. Friends as you know, now a days whole world is suffering from the Corona virus. Therefore, to avoid this disease, the Government of different countries has announced lockdown. In addition, I want to share a self-protection tips with you to stay safe at home. Hopefully this would be helpful to protect yourself. Stay safe, happy and healthy.

Benifit Of Chanting Mantra- A.....U.......M

This “AUM” chanting will be very powerful to stay safe not only at home but also out of the house as well. But you will have to do some changes to right way of the chanting. Chanting should be according to the time period. To the morning “A” or “अ” should be long enough, “U” or “उ” should be less and “M” or “म” should be more less or silent. And middle of the day chanting should be like “A” or “अ” should be less, “U” or “उ” should be long and high and “M” or “म” should be less or silent. And evening time chanting should be different like “A” should be less, “U” should be little bit high and “M” more higher. This is a right technique to chant the “AUM” Mantra. What would be the benefits of the chanting ? How does it work for person. Let’s talk about it. Physically. “AUM” chanting helps to increase the immunity power of the body, and improve lungs capacity. And mentally it increases calmness of the mind, tolerance power, and consciousness. And spirituality “AUM” chanting makes an Aura to protect the person from all kinds of the negative energies.

Important Things To Remember to Stay Safe

  • No empty stomach
  • Don’t fast
  • Get one hour of sunshine
  • every day
  • Do not use AC
  • Drink warm water, keep the throat wet
  • Apply mustard oil in the nose
  • Burn that camphor at home
  • You are safe Stay at home
  • Add half teaspoon dry ginger to each vegetable.
  • Do not eat yogurt at night
  • Drink milk by adding one cup of turmeric to children and to yourself at night
  • Eat a spoonful of chawanprash if possible
  • Put camphor and cloves in the house and fumigation
  • Drink a clove in the morning tea
  • Eat only more oranges in the fruit
  • Eat Amla in any form, pickle, jam, powder etc.
